How often should my lawn be mowed?
Weekly mowing provides the healthiest lawn and best appearance. Biweekly is available but may result in heavier cuts.
Do I need to be home during service?
No — as long as we have access to your yard, we can complete your service without you being home.
How do I pay for service?
We accept cash, card, and online payments. Many customers choose automatic billing for convenience.

Do you offer one‑time cuts?
Yes — we offer one‑time cuts, cleanups, and overgrown yard recovery.
What if it rains on my service day?
We adjust the schedule as needed and notify you of any changes. We never skip a week without communication.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we are fully insured for residential and commercial lawn care.
Service Policies
1. Service Schedule & Weather
We maintain a consistent weekly or biweekly schedule. Weather delays may occur, and we will reschedule as soon as possible.
2. Gate & Property Access
Gates must be unlocked and pets secured before service. If we cannot access the yard, the full service price may still apply.
3. Pet Safety
All pets must be indoors or secured. We are not responsible for pets that escape due to unsecured gates.
4. Lawn Condition & Overgrowth
Excessively tall or overgrown lawns may require an additional fee. We will notify you before charging extra.
5. Debris & Yard Objects
Please remove toys, hoses, and other items from the yard. We are not responsible for damage to hidden objects.
6. Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion unless on automatic billing. Late payments may result in paused service.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Notice is required before your service day. Same‑day cancellations may incur a fee.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.
9. Property Damage
If accidental damage occurs, we will notify you immediately and make it right. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects.
10. Seasonal Services
Cleanup services may require additional time and pricing depending on property condition. Quotes are provided upfront.
