Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe the general terms that apply when requesting, approving, scheduling, receiving, or paying for services provided by Revolution Lawn Care LLC.
Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting service, accepting a quote, approving work, scheduling service, or allowing Revolution Lawn Care LLC to perform work on a property, you agree to the applicable terms described on this page together with any terms included in your quote, estimate, contract, work order, invoice, or other written agreement.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared, including property condition, requested scope, access, photos, measurements, and other relevant information.
Pricing may change if actual site conditions differ materially from the information originally provided or observed.
Additional work outside the approved scope may require a separate quote or customer authorization.
3. Scheduling and Service Dates
Revolution Lawn Care attempts to maintain reliable service schedules, but exact service dates and times may be affected by weather, holidays, equipment issues, property access, seasonal workload, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Recurring service may be performed on a different day when route conditions require it.
4. Weather and Property Conditions
Service may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled when weather or site conditions make work unsafe, could damage the property, or would produce an unacceptable result.
This may include excessive rain, standing water, saturated soil, drought stress, extreme heat, severe weather, or other unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
5. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to areas included in the service.
This includes, when applicable:
- Unlocking gates
- Providing approved gate or access instructions
- Moving vehicles or equipment that block work areas
- Securing pets
- Removing hazards or obstacles where practical
Areas that cannot be safely or reasonably accessed may be skipped. A scheduled visit may still be billable when access problems prevent completion after the crew has arrived.
6. Pets, Children, and Safety
Customers are responsible for keeping pets, children, guests, and other persons safely away from active work areas and operating equipment.
Revolution Lawn Care may stop or postpone work if conditions are unsafe for the crew, customer, public, animals, equipment, or property.
7. Routine Lawn Maintenance
Unless otherwise stated in an approved quote or agreement, routine lawn maintenance generally includes mowing, string trimming, edging where appropriate, and blowing grass clippings from normal hard surfaces.
Routine mowing does not automatically include bagging or hauling away normal grass clippings, leaves, debris, branches, trash, or other materials.
8. Overgrown and Neglected Properties
Properties that are significantly overgrown, neglected, obstructed, or otherwise outside normal maintenance condition may require an initial cleanup, reset, brush cutting, additional labor, or specialty equipment before recurring maintenance can begin.
Such work may be priced separately from standard recurring lawn care.
9. Cleanup and Haul-Off Services
Cleanup, debris removal, hauling, disposal, dump fees, trailer use, demolition-related work, or material removal are included only when specifically stated in the approved scope.
Additional disposal costs may apply if the volume, weight, contents, or condition of material differs materially from what was originally expected.
10. Tractor and Larger-Property Work
Tractor-supported services may include rotary cutting, acreage maintenance, lot work, light grading, and other approved tasks.
Customers should disclose known hidden hazards, underground systems, septic components, irrigation, utility concerns, debris, stumps, holes, wire, or other conditions that could affect safe operation.
11. Hidden or Unknown Conditions
Revolution Lawn Care is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or undisclosed conditions that could not reasonably be identified before service.
Examples may include buried objects, improperly marked utilities, hidden wire, concealed irrigation components, underground structures, unseen debris, or similar hazards.
12. Customer Property and Personal Items
Customers should remove or secure loose items from work areas before service, including toys, hoses, cords, decorations, tools, pet items, lawn furniture, and similar objects.
Revolution Lawn Care is not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by excessive obstacles or inaccessible work areas.
13. Recurring Service Frequency
Weekly, biweekly, seasonal, and other recurring service frequencies may be offered depending on property type, route availability, and seasonal growth.
Biweekly service may carry a higher per-visit price than weekly service because additional growth can require more labor and time.
14. Skipped or Paused Service
Customers should provide reasonable notice when requesting a skipped, paused, or changed visit.
Skipping scheduled maintenance may result in heavier growth and may affect the cost or scope of the next visit.
15. Pricing Changes
Revolution Lawn Care may adjust pricing when property conditions, labor requirements, service frequency, access, scope, operating costs, disposal requirements, or other material service conditions change.
For recurring customers, we aim to communicate material pricing changes before future service is performed.
16. Taxes
Applicable sales tax and other legally required charges will be added when required by law.
Customers claiming tax-exempt status are responsible for providing valid exemption documentation before tax-exempt treatment can be applied.
17. Invoices and Payment
Payment terms may vary by customer, service type, quote, contract, or commercial arrangement.
Customers are responsible for paying invoices according to the terms shown on the invoice, quote, contract, or account agreement.
Available payment methods may be provided through our customer-management or payment-processing systems.
18. Commercial and Managed-Property Accounts
Commercial, multi-property, housing, apartment, and managed-property accounts may have custom scopes, seasonal schedules, communication procedures, insurance requirements, invoicing terms, and other property-specific provisions.
If a signed contract, accepted quote, purchase order, or other written service agreement contains terms that differ from these general Terms of Service, the property-specific written agreement controls for that work.
19. Service Cancellation or Refusal
Revolution Lawn Care reserves the right to decline, stop, suspend, or terminate service when appropriate, including for unsafe conditions, repeated access issues, nonpayment, abusive behavior, requests outside our service capabilities, or other legitimate business or safety reasons.
20. Customer Communications
Customers may receive service-related communication by phone, email, text message, customer portal, or other electronic methods.
These communications may include quote information, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, invoices, payment notices, account support, and other matters related to requested or active services.
21. SMS and Text Messaging
If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, Revolution Lawn Care LLC may send service-related SMS communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
22. Photography and Property Documentation
Revolution Lawn Care may take photographs of work areas for estimating, documentation, quality-control, safety, proof of completion, or internal business purposes.
Images intended for advertising, social media, or marketing may be used in a manner designed to avoid unnecessarily identifying private customer information. Customers may contact us with concerns about marketing use of identifiable property images.
23. Website and Online Services
Website content is provided for general information about Revolution Lawn Care and its services. Service availability, pricing, and property acceptance are not guaranteed solely because a service is described on the website.
24. Third-Party Platforms
Revolution Lawn Care uses third-party platforms for functions such as customer management, scheduling, communications, payments, hosting, analytics, and other business operations.
Use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revolution Lawn Care LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative damages arising from service delays, weather, customer-provided information, inaccessible areas, hidden conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
26. Changes to These Terms
Revolution Lawn Care may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in services, policies, technology, legal requirements, or business operations.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
